How do I place an order?
Simply browse the shop, find the piece you love, and get in touch with us by email at hello@himalayanmagik.com with the product name and your delivery address. We will confirm availability and send you a payment link by return.
How do I pay?
Can I order something that is out of stock?
Can I order in bulk or as a wholesale buyer?

What are the products made from? Made from 100% wool by hand using only natural dyes
Where are the products made? All made by himalayan women in Nepal
Are the products safe for children? Safe for children over 3 years
How should I care for my felt products? Spot clean only do not immerse in water
Will my product look exactly like the photo? Because the items are individually made they may have subtle differences
📦 Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? If products are returned in new condition a credit or refund may be given
Who pays for return postage? The buyer should return unless there is a fault in the product.
When will I receive my refund? Payment will be refunded to customers bank.
What if my item arrives damaged? If an item arrives damaged it should be photographed and returned for refund or
replacement.

Do you ship outside the UK? Prices will be quoted at the time of order.
